Application Scenarios and Challenges

The client partnered with Beijing Qianyida Technology to launch a large-scale sintering waste heat power generation project. Operating conditions for this project are extremely complex: exhaust gases contain high concentrations of abrasive dust and maintain high temperatures for prolonged periods. The production line required high-performance, high-temperature industrial blowers. Because the power generation system runs continuously, any downtime—caused by insufficient heat or wear resistance—would result in incalculable energy and economic losses.

Heavy-duty anti-wear and high-temperature resistant design

Tailored to the physical properties of sintering waste heat, we selected special heat-resistant alloy steels. We installed heavy-duty anti-wear liners on critical components (such as the impeller) to effectively withstand the dual impact of high temperatures and abrasive dust.

Precision matching and superior cost-performance

Yutong does more than supply equipment; we optimized aerodynamic curve matching based on the specific resistance of the waste heat power generation piping network. This ensures optimal exhaust efficiency, reduces power consumption, and cuts operating costs for the client.
