4-68 Centrifugal Fan
4-68 Centrifugal Fan is mainly used in general factories and large-scale buildings for indoor ventilation, air inhaling and exhaling. The gas should be no more than 80℃, non-pyrophoric, non-harmful for human body and non-corrosion for steels. The gas shall not contain adhesive matter or dust and hard particle contents greater than 150mg/m3.
Key Advantages:
1. Impeller — It consists of 12 backward curved airfoil blades welded between arc cone wheel cover and flat plate wheel disc. It is made of steel plates and pass static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed running test, so it enjoys good air performance, high efficiency and stable operation.
2. Inlet — To be integrated into a convergent streamlined structure and fixed onto the suction side of the casing with screws.
3. Driving unit — It consists of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, belt pulley or coupling. The main shaft is made of quality steel. №6.3～12.5 blowers apply integrated bearing box equipped with thermometer and oil indicator while №16B and 20B blowers apply two parallel bearing bases equipped with thermometers and use bearing lubrication grease for lubrication.
